BTCP Fork Time & Date

The BTCP snapshot will occur on the first block time stamped after 5pm UTC on February 28th, 2018. This will be the case for both BTC, and ZCL.

Once the above timer hits zero, the first block time stamped on both the ZCL and BTC blockchain will be the snapshot block.
